The blogosphere and certain elements of the MSM have been a twitter at the launch yesterday of erstwhile Gubernatorial candidate and faux-conservative turned liberal superstar Arianna Huffington's "The Huffington Post."

"The Huffington Post" promises to bring to you, the blogging public, a completely new sort of thing. A thing never conceived of before in the short history of blogging. What is this new thing you ask? Well it's famous people writing blogs! Sorry if I'm feeling a bit let down. The 'Post is nice to look at and perhaps it will succeed, but is this really going to blow people away? Only time will tell.
